(max. of 10 hours attendance per day are all included in the cost of the weekly camp fee)

Grades
Camp is only for currently enrolled NCA students / 1st-6th graders (2023-2024 School Year)

NCA Summer Adventures

NCA Summer Adventures begins Wednesday, June 21, 2023!

Summer Adventures is a Monday-Friday, Weekly, All-Day Care program offering fun, engaging, creative, and academic activities for your child to participate in every week. This program is exclusively offered for NCA students only.

What happens Monday – Friday?
Program hours 9:00 AM–3:30 PM; Before Care 7:00–9:00 AM; and After Care 3:30–6:00 PM
(max. of 10 hours attendance per day are all included in the cost of the weekly camp fee)

Students will experience a fun filled week, packed full of adventures, music, arts and crafts; Vacation Bible School; special weekly offsite and onsite field trips; and of course outdoor recess fun games along with a couple of Break-out sports camps.

NCA Roary LionThe daily schedule can include, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Start each morning off with a quick Roary Run
  • Specialized crafts and cooking classes
  • Field activities and/or gym games
  • Fun offsite and onsite field trips

Notes:  We will be closed Monday, July 3rd & Tuesday, July 4th for the Holiday. Occasionally there may be unforeseen changes to the field trips due to unavoidable obstacles, such as illness or cancellations.

Requirements & Attendance

Requirements

Every Child will be required to bring (daily):

  • Peanut Free Lunch
  • Water bottle
  • Proper shoes to run around in
  • Summer Adventure T-shirt (on Offsite Field Trip days)*

Attendence

Parents – if your student will be absent for a day, please inform Cynthia Curtis at ccurtis@nca.school

DROP OFF & PICK UP POLICY

The drop off and pick up policy for all students is as follows:

  • Parents must accompany students into the pavilion for check in and check out.
  • Parents remain in the lobby portion while staff move quickly to get your child and their belongings.
  • Parents need to check in and check out with a staff member and only pre-authorized adults are approved to pick up per Blackbaud information.
  • Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their child with no loitering or lingering in the pavilion.
  • Staff is expected to supervise students and are not available for long conversations or any distraction that takes away from their job duties.
