What we offer for your family:
- Early Learning: Toddler, Preschool, and Pre-Kindergarten (half & full day)
- Elementary: Kindergarten, 1st - 5th Grades
- Middle School: 6th - 8th Grades
ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Step 1 – Apply Online
After reading this page, use the 'Click to Apply Now’ Button on this webpage.
New families will be asked to create a secure online account. Once your online application is submitted, we will be in contact with you within three business days. An admissions checklist is also generated to guide your process.
Note: Please review age requirements below for Early Learning and Kindergarten before applying.
Step 2 – Student Assessment
Your student assessment is schedule through the admissions checklist and will take place in person on our campus.
Step 3 – Family Interview
After the student assessment has been reviewed, we will contact you to set up your family interview with a Principal. Parents and student must be present at the interview.
Step 4 – Enrollment
After the student assessment and family interview are completed, our Admissions office will contact you regarding enrollment. When enrollment is offered, online enrollment will be made available through your Blackbaud Parent Portal.
Offers of Admission and Wait-Pools
When a grade-level is full, a wait-pool will be established for student candidates.
The School reserves the right to admit and dismiss students based on its own criteria of spiritual commitment, academic performance, and personal qualifications including a willingness of the parents and students to cooperate with the School Administration and to abide by its policies and regulations.

Application Requirements
Early Learning Students
- Toddlers must be 1 year old on or before August 31. Preschoolers must be 3 years old on or by August 31. Pre-Kindergarteners must be 4 or older on or by August 31.
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Applicants for Preschool and Pre-K will have a student assessment with a family interview. Toddler applicants will have a family interview.
Kindergarten Students
- Must be 5 years old on or before August 31.
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Kindergartners will have an assessment and family interview before placement.
Elementary Students (Grades 1-5)
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Required to furnish student's most recent report card and a teacher recommendation.
- Applicants will have a student assessment and family interview before grade placement.
Middle School Students (Grades 6-8)
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Required to furnish student's most recent report card and a teacher recommendation.
- Applicants will have a student assessment and family interview before grade placement.
