LOWER ELEMENTARY (k-2ND)

8:30 AM – 3:05 PM / MON-THURS
8:30 AM – 1:05 PM / FRI

UPPER ELEMENTARY (3RD-5TH)
8:30 AM – 3:05 PM / MON-THURS
8:30 AM – 1:05 PM / FRI

MIDDLE SCHOOL (6TH-8TH)
8:30 AM – 3:25 PM / MON-THURS
8:30 AM – 1:25 PM / FRI

EXTENDED CARE

AM Care:  7:00 – 8:00 AM / MON-FRI
PM Care:  Dismissal – 6:00 PM MON-FRI
All-Day Care:  7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
(offered for specific non-school days)

We offer Extended Care for our families before (AM) and after (PM) school, Monday through Friday, via registration.

All-Day Care is offered on specific days when school is not in session, via registration.

To report a student’s absence, please email us and include the following information:

1. Student’s first & last name and grade
2. Date of the absence
3. Reason for the absence
4. Parent’s name (your name)
5. Email the specific Division email below:

• Elementary Attendance – attendance@nca.school AND copy(cc) to your child’s Teacher email
• Middle School Attendance – MSattendance@nca.school
• Early Learning Attendance – ELattendance@nca.school 

NCA is great at communication! We use social media to celebrate fun happenings and events, we send important communications via Blackbaud, and we send regular newsletters to our families via email:

• NCA All School News – Updated weekly news from Head of School attached to teacher newsletters
• Divisional Newsletters – Monthly news from each Division Principal
• Teacher Newsletters – Weekly news from grade-level teachers
• Lion’s Club Newsletter – Quarterly news with class available
• Extended Care Newsletter – Quarterly news
• Development Newsletter – Seasonal news during fundraising events / Weekly updates as needed
• Health Room Newsletter – Quarterly news from School Nurse
