Continuous Enrollment

Current families receive an email in January from our Admissions Office with information about Continuous Enrollment every year.

• Continuous Enrollment Fee – March 1, 2024 Deadline
• Annual Fees – June 1, 2024
• Tuition Payments begin – July 1, 2024
  (choose payment option:  Annually, Quarterly, or Monthly)

Continuous Enrollment requirements

Please verify that all of the information on your Blackbaud Parent Portal is up to date, paying special attention to the Emergency Contacts and Demographics.  Authorized Pickup updates must be emailed to the Admissions Office at admissions@nca.school.  

All tuition updates are managed through the Blackbaud Tuition Management tool.

Important:  Continuous Enrollment will not be considered ‘complete’ until the Admissions Office requirement are met and the Continuous Enrollment Fee has been paid. 

Background Checks

A Background Check is a requirement for all parents who will be volunteering on campus or driving students for off-campus trips. Please contact Sarah Doty sdoty@nca.school to request this form or verify if you have a current one in place. Please note that this form is good for 3 years.

Health Information

It is very important to us that we are given important medical information for our students every year. If your student requires medication or has a medical condition, we will require an updated Medical Action Plan and Medication Authorization Forms. Please view and complete these forms under the ‘Health Forms’ section on our FORMS & DOCUMENTS webpage>.

Referral Rebate

Each school year we offer a referral rebate for current families who refer a friend ($500 tuition credit) when this family enrolls.  This does not apply for Early Learning Center tuition.
