Continuous Enrollment

Current families receive an email in January every year from our Admissions & Enrollment Office with information about Continuous Enrollment.

Here are our due dates for these Fees and Tuition:

Continuous Enrollment Fee – March 1, 2025 Deadline
Tuition Payments begin – July 1, 2025
(payment options are monthly, bi-annual, or annual)

If you are a current family enrolling another child (a new student), please use your Blackbaud Parent Portal and select the 'Resources' tab and the 'Apply Now' tile.

Continuous Enrollment requirements

Please verify that all of the information on your Blackbaud Parent Portal is up to date, paying special attention to the Emergency Contacts and Demographics. Updates to your Authorized Pickup List must be emailed to the Admissions Office at admissions@nca.school.

All tuition payment updates are managed through the Blackbaud Tuition Management tool.

Important: Continuous Enrollment is not be considered ‘complete’ until the Continuous Enrollment Fee has been paid for each school year.

Background Checks

A Background Check is a requirement for all parents who will be volunteering on campus or driving students for fieldtrips and sporting events. Please contact Trisha Decker to request this form or verify if you have a current one in place. Please note that this form is good for 3 years.

Health Information

It is very important to us to have updated medical information for every students on an annual basis. If your student requires medication or has a medical condition, we will require an updated Medical Action Plan and Medication Authorization Forms. Please view and complete these forms under the ‘Health Forms’ section on our FORMS & DOCUMENTS webpage>

Referral Rebate

Each school year we offer a referral rebate for current families who refer a friend when their family enrolls ($500 tuition credit). This does not apply for Early Learning or Pre-K tuition.
