DRUMROLL PLEASEEEE…..
The votes have been tallied, and we're thrilled to announce that Northshore Christian Academy has placed a Bronze medal winner for Best Middle School in The Seattle Times Best in the PNW 2025!!! However, what's even more exciting is that this isn't our first rodeo. This makes a second win for NCA, as we were featured as the Gold medal winner for Best Elementary School in 2024. What a HUGE honor for our school, and not to mention, to finish in the top three of any of the Best in PNW categories is quite an accomplishment!
Here's a little more about the Seattle Times feature of Best in the PNW: “In its third year, Best in the PNW continues to grow at an extraordinary pace. More than 10,000 businesses, organizations, and individuals competed across 298 categories, and the community cast over 944,000 votes — an impressive 84% increase year over year. More than 359,000 ballots were submitted from over 216,000 people, reflecting not only the strength of our local businesses, but also the pride residents have in celebrating the people and places that define our region.”
It's no wonder why families love our school so much, with our emphasis on STEAM and Fine Arts, not to mention our ever-growing Athletics department and our absolutely beautiful 33-acre campus. Lane Beasley, our Head of School, responded to this exciting recognition, saying,
We are so inspired as a staff to continue this impactful mission at NCA of academic excellence and unwavering commitment to nurturing students in a Christ-centered environment. Like our Head of School said, we are not done yet, because Christ is not done. We are excited to continue His Kingdom work and to see what He continues to do and how he continues to use NCA as a light in our region. As we continue celebrating this milestone, one thing is crystal clear: NCA is not just educating young minds, but we are transforming hearts.
