Admissions & Enrollment Manager
NCA and Early Learning Center new student application procedures are as follows:
Step 1 – Apply Online
All students entering NCA’s Kindergarten program for the 2020-2021 school year must be five years old on or before August 31.
Step 2 – Student Assessment
When the Online Application is completed and submitted, the NCA Admission office will contact the family to schedule the new student assessment and family interview.
Step 3 – Family Interview
Both parents and the student applicants must be present at the interview.
Step 4 – Enrollment Decision
New families will be notified of acceptance within three business days following the interview and assessment. An acceptance notification email inviting you to enroll will be sent upon acceptance.
Step 5 – Online Enrollment
Following notification of acceptance, an invitation to enroll email will be sent and families are given three business days to complete the Online Enrollment (accessed through Family Portal). All of the required fees and forms, including birth certificate, and current immunization records (CIS form) must be received for a student to be considered enrolled.
The School reserves the right to admit and dismiss students based on its own criteria of spiritual commitment, academic performance, and personal qualifications including a willingness to cooperate with the School Administration and to abide by its policies and regulations.
