We are current accepting applications for Academy (PreK-AM and K-8th) and Early Learning Center (Toddler, Preschool, PreK-full day) for next school year, 2023-2024. Follow instructions below and click button on this webpage to apply today.
Please note that, due to full classes this school year, we have closed applications for the remainder of 2022-2023.
Step 1 – Apply Online
Use the ‘Click Here to Apply’ Button on this webpage.
All students entering NCA’s Kindergarten program must be five years old on or before August 31 of each school year.
Step 2 – Student Assessment
When the online Application is submitted, an Admissions Checklist is generated to guide your process. The NCA Admission office will contact the family to assist in scheduling a new student assessment and family interview.
Step 3 – Family Interview
Parents and student must be present at the interview.
Step 4 – Enrollment Decision
New families will be notified by the Admissions Office after completion of the assessment and family interview of their enrollment status.
Step 5 – Online Enrollment
Online Enrollment will be made available through the Admissions Checklist, once enrollment has been offered.
Offers of Admission and Wait-Pools
When all available age/grade-level openings are full, a wait-pool will be established for applying students.
The School reserves the right to admit and dismiss students based on its own criteria of spiritual commitment, academic performance, and personal qualifications including a willingness of the parents and students to cooperate with the School Administration and to abide by its policies and regulations.

Application Requirements
Early Learning Center Students
- Toddlers must be 1 year old on or before August 31. Preschoolers must be 3 years old on or by August 31. Pre-Kindergarteners must be 4 or older on or by August 31.
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Must submit current Certificate of Immunization Status or Certificate of Exemption Forms
- Applicants for Preschool and Pre-K will have assessments and a family interview. Toddler applicants will have a family interview.
Kindergarten Students
- Must be 5 years old on or before August 31.
- Must submit a state (valid) certified birth certificate.
- Must submit current Certificate of Immunization Status or Certificate of Exemption Forms
- Kindergartners will have an assessment and family interview before placement.
Elementary Students (Grades 1-5)
- Required to furnish their most recent report cards and teacher recommendations.
- Must submit current Certificate of Immunization Status or Certificate of Exemption Forms
- Should be a suitable age for the grade assigned.
- Grade appropriate assessment and family interview will be conducted for placement.
Middle School Students (Grades 6-8)
- Required to furnish their most recent report cards and teacher recommendations.
- Must submit current Certificate of Immunization Status or Certificate of Exemption Forms
- Should be a suitable age for the grade assigned.
- Grade appropriate assessment and family interview will be conducted for placement.
