ELC and NCA new student enrollment procedures are as follows:

Step 1 – Apply Online

All students entering NCA’s Kindergarten program for the 2019-2020 school year must be five years old on or before August 31.

Step 2 – Student Assessment

When the Online Application is completed and submitted, the NCA Admission office will contact the family to schedule the new student assessment and family interview.

Step 3 – Family Interview

Both parents and the student applicants must be present at the interview.

Step 4 – Enrollment Decision

New families will be notified of acceptance within ten business days following the interview and assessment. A acceptance notification email inviting you to enroll will be sent upon acceptance.

Step 5 – Online Enrollment

Following notification of acceptance, an invitation to enroll email will be sent and families are given three days to complete the Online Enrollment (accessed through ParentsWeb).  All of the required fees and forms, including birth certificate, and current immunization records (CIS form) must be received for a student to be considered enrolled.

A waiting pool is established for qualified students after all openings are filled.

The School reserves the right to admit and dismiss students based on its own criteria of spiritual commitment, academic performance, and personal qualifications including a willingness to cooperate with the School Administration and to abide by its policies and regulations.
