Currently K-8th grades & Pre-K (full day) are open to re-enroll for 2020-2021 School year:
Step 1 –
Current students receive an email from our admission office with an invitation to reenroll. On-line Reenrollment is completed using the Apply/Enroll menu located on the Family Portal. (District Code NCA-WA) Reenrollment will take up to 15 minutes to complete. Your enrollment fee will be payable at the time of enrollment. If you are enrolling a new student, under Apply/Enroll there is an option to create a new student application. Use this option to enroll all new student to NCA or the Early Learning Center.
Step 2 –
Once you are logged into Online Enrollment please read the Instructions & Resources page throughly.
Step 3 – Provide Accurate Information
You will find that many of the information fields will be pre-populated with date from RenWeb. Please check and make sure that all of the information is correct, paying special attention to the Emergency Contact and Authorized Pickup information. Please select a Tuition Payment Plan option and read the Enrollment Contract within Online Re-Enrollment. Completed Supplemental Forms can be submitted to the Academy Office. After submitting and paying the enrollment fee you can print out your Re-Enrollment information in PDF format for your records.
Important: Re-Enrollment will not be considered complete until Online Re-Enrollment has been submitted and the yearly Enrollment Fee has been paid.
Step 4 – Background Checks
These are not necessary IF you have completed one in the past. If you have not, please visit Sarah Doty in our Academy Office. Please be sure to bring a valid Driver License.
Step 5 – Health Information
Provide NCA with an updated Certificate of Immunization for each student if additional boosters have been received. Students going into 6th Grade must have booster shots before school begins. Does your student have existing Medical Conditions we need to be aware of? Please see the Supplemental Form Health Section in our Forms and Documents Section.
Step 6 – ACH forms
An ACH form is needed IF you would like to have tuition payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Please attach a voided check and turn in to the Academy Office.
