Current Students registering for Kindergarten-8th grade for 2019-2020 School year:
Step 1 –
You have been sent an email from NCA inviting you to re-enroll your student(s) online. Online Re-Enrollment is accessed through the Family Information area of the Family Portal. Online Re-Enrollment will take about 15 minutes to complete. The yearly Enrollment fee will be payable during the Online Re-Enrollment process. If enrolling a new student please visit our New Student page by clicking here
Step 2 –
Once you are logged into Online Enrollment please read the Instructions & Resources page throughly.
Step 3 – Provide Accurate Information
You will find that many of the information fields will be pre-populated with date from RenWeb. Please check and make sure that all of the information is correct, paying special attention to the Emergency Contact and Authorized Pickup information. Please select a Tuition Payment Plan option and read the Enrollment Contract within Online Re-Enrollment. Completed Supplemental Forms can be submitted to the Academy Office. After submitting and paying the enrollment fee you can print out your Re-Enrollment information in PDF format for your records.
Important: Re-Enrollment will not be considered complete until Online Re-Enrollment has been submitted and the yearly Enrollment Fee has been paid.
Step 4 – Background Checks
These are not necessary IF you have completed one in the past. If you have not, please visit Sarah Doty in our Academy Office. Please be sure to bring a valid Driver License.
Step 5 – Health Information
Provide NCA with an updated Certificate of Immunization for each student if additional boosters have been received. Students going into 6th Grade must have booster shots before school begins. Does your student have existing Medical Conditions we need to be aware of? Please see the Supplemental Form Health Section in our Forms and Documents Section.
Step 6 – ACH forms
An ACH form is needed IF you would like to have tuition payments automatically withdrawn from your bank account. Please attach a voided check and turn in to the Academy Office. Please remember that ACH withdraws a set tuition amount each month and does not cover any additionally incurred fees such as child care of year book.
