We love math! Pi Day is just one way we celebrate math at our school. Examples of math opportunities include Math Buddies, math games and competitions, advanced math program, math tutoring helps, chess and logic class, coding classes, and access to the latest math resources. Math practice in class and as homework are also important to us. Practice makes perfect.
Recently, our 3rd-8th graders competed with 10 other schools in a math competition. 36 NCA students participated and 30 received ribbons for 1st-5th place. NCA received 40% of all ribbons awarded in this competition. 10 out of 15 1st place awards went to our students.
