Welcome Back, NCA Families! A New School Year Awaits

We are so excited to welcome both new and returning families to Northshore Christian Academy! Whether your child is joining us in Early Learning, Elementary School, or Middle School, we are looking forward to another year of growth, discovery, friendship, and faith. At NCA, our mission remains the same: partnering with families to provide a superior Christian education that develops spiritual, academic, and personal excellence in a Christ-centered environment. Our goal is to help every student feel safe, valued, and prepared for success while growing into resilient disciples of Christ and future leaders.

What to Expect This School Year

Early Learning (Toddlers, Preschool & Pre-K)

Our Early Learning program serves children ages 1-5 and provides a structured, nurturing environment designed to foster independence, curiosity, and kindergarten readiness. Through hands-on learning, play-based exploration, and faith-centered experiences, students develop the foundational skills needed for future academic success.

Parents can expect:

  • Warm, caring teachers who partner with families
  • Daily routines that build confidence and independence
  • Age-appropriate academic and social-emotional learning
  • Opportunities to grow in faith and character
  • Regular communication through Brightwheel
Elementary School (Kindergarten - 5th Grade)

Elementary students benefit from NCA's "whole child" approach to education, where academic excellence is paired with spiritual development and enrichment opportunities. Students build strong foundations in reading, writing, and math while participating in music, drama, engineering projects, and other specialty classes.

Families can look forward to:

  • Christ-centered classroom instruction
  • Engaging S.T.E.A.M. experiences
  • Music, art, Spanish, PE, library, and technology classes
  • Community-building events and activities
  • Strong partnerships between teachers and parents
 Middle School (6th - 8th Grade)

Middle school at NCA prepares students for high school and beyond through increased academic rigor, independent responsibility, and leadership opportunities. Students can explore their interests through electives in STEAM, the arts, foreign language, and other life skills while continuing to grow in their faith.

Students can expect:

  • Challenging academics designed to prepare them for future success
  • Leadership and character development opportunities
  • Elective choices that encourage exploration and creativity
  • Athletics, fine arts, and extracurricular activities
  • A supportive Christian community that encourages growth and accountability
