ELC Orientation

Please make every effort to attend the Orientation. This is a chance for you and your child to meet their teacher, see the classroom and ask questions about the year ahead. We will gather first in the Auditorium to meet the staff, go over the Parent Handbook (and other information), learn about our Security Check-in System, and pray together before going to the classrooms.


Student/Parent Orientation

Parents join your students in their classroom for an informational meet and greet with their teacher. Receive welcome packets from the teacher that includes important information about the school year ahead.

First Day of ELC

First day of school for the Early Learning Center.


First day of school & Parent Info Session

Welcome Back Students to the first day of a new school year.  PTF is also having its annual Parent info session at 8:30 am.  Learn more about volunteer opportunities and how you can help.


No School K-8

There is no school for our Academy K-8 today. This is a Teacher In-Service day for our staff. Enjoy your first three day weekend.


ELC & Middle school pictures

School Picture day is here. If your student is in our Early Learning Center or Middle school, be sure to get them picture perfect for their yearbook picture. Order forms will be sent out the week before.


K-5 School Pictures

School Picture day for your student if they are in Kindergarten through fifth grade. Chapel Uniform dress for the picture day. Don’t forget to smile and parents send that picture form in.


6th grade day retreat

Students and their teachers will make a day trip by boat to Tillicum Village to learn more about PNW Native American Life. Chaperones are always needed.  Please email the middle school office for more information.


Room Parent Brunch

This is a special day for parents who are wanting to volunteer to be a Room Parent. Come learn about the opportunity and enjoy yummy treats and meet other parents.


6-8 Curriculum Night

Join our Middle School Principal and teachers for an informational meeting to learn about the curriculum your student will be using throughout the year.

Please login to your renweb account to access your child’s full schedule.
You can also email your student’s teacher for a copy as well.
