Assistant Superintendent Gage is originally from Orcas Island and earned his master’s degree in Educational Administration at Western Washington University. He has a Washington State Principal’s Residency Certificate, is ACSI certified, and is also a ‘Lead Like Jesus’ trained facilitator. He has spent the past seven years at King’s Schools, most recently serving as an Elementary Principal. Gage and his wife, also named Jordan, recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary and have four young children, two of whom have been enrolled at NCA.
Gage believes deeply that Christian education has a great and lasting impact and feels called to a career in serving and leading in the ministry work God is doing in schools. Gage says he is honored to be selected as the next Superintendent and feels that NCA is uniquely positioned to advance the Gospel of Jesus while delivering a top notch 21st century education.
“I am inspired by the vision and dedication of the NCA community over the past 25 years. Through faith, prayer, great leadership, distinguished educators, committed parents, and driven students, NCA has developed into a nationally renowned Christian school that continues to strive for excellence.” – Mr. Jordan Gage
Assist. Superintendent Gage looks forward to getting to know the NCA community and says he is humbled to join the leadership team and work alongside Mrs. Leach to carry forward the mission to partner with families developing a superior Christian education in spiritual, academic, and personal excellence in a Christ-centered environment.
“I have respected NCA from a far for many years and I could not be more excited to join this organization in the ongoing pursuit of a great God and a great education. I can say with certainty that the seed the Lord planted in me to pursue this job has grown into a heart that is on fire to lead this organization, seeking all that the Lord has for NCA.” – Mr. Jordan Gage
We hope you will welcome Mr. and Mrs. Gage and their children as they join in the Northshore community through the Church and Academy.
